I do like the eco-coloured bundles and than steaming (India Flint) very much - cannot wait for the spring and summer begins, than I can experiment with a lot of flowers!

Although in the past I have used lichens, barks, leaves etc. At present I am playing with rust dyeing. I find using tannin powder with the rust gives some lovely shades ranging from mushroom to blue/black

Hope I do not sidetrack the discussion too much , would love to get hold of your books Kimberly .
But somehow I can't find the price or how to order them on your Etsy.

I'm not selling the books at the moment, I'm submitting them to a couple of publishers so I don't have to deal with publishing anymore.

Yes it does! I created a lovely piece I've titled "River" using tannins over rusted indigo dyed fabric. I really ought to finish stitching that piece.

I do have her book already since November last - since that time every week there is a bundle steming in my pan. Today I have done with some 'zevenblad' and some other stuff from my kitchen and garden. Will open it tomorrow and show it soon... Dorie
